Moták is the name a folklore dance group from Prague, which was founded in the year 2003. Its name originates from three words MOdřanský TAneční Kroužek (dance group from Modřany) after the seat of its patron art school “Music Art”.

Moták is focusing on dances from the whole Bohemia (western part of the Czech Republic) and is aiming to present the Czech folklore dances and customs in its traditional versions without influences of modern styles. The dance group together with its music group “Kvítek” have participated at various international and local dance festivals.
